Monterey
Premium sport boats and yachts.
Built in Williston, Florida since 1985. Monterey runs the gamut — outboard sport boats, super-sport day cruisers, and the M-Series yachts. Refined finishes and Volvo Penta IPS drives top to bottom.
About the Builder
Four Decades of Florida-Built Craftsmanship
Family-built in Williston, Florida since 1985, Monterey Boats has spent four decades earning a reputation for refined fiberglass craftsmanship, forward-looking design, and owner satisfaction few builders can match. From outboard center consoles to super-sport day boats and sport yachts, every Monterey is engineered to look sharp, run clean, and stay easy to own.
Designed and built in-house
Monterey designs and builds under one roof in Williston, Florida, and refreshes its model line every year rather than letting designs grow stale. A disciplined five-step development process — 3D modeling and benchmarking, concept generation, partial- and full-scale model testing, and on-water performance monitoring — backs every hull, while modern CNC routers cut symmetrical, geometrically precise parts for a consistent, high-quality finish.
A boat for every kind of day
The lineup spans four families. The Elite center consoles (23–34 ft) pair offshore capability with luxury appointments. The Super Sport series (22–37 ft) delivers sleek styling and strong performance for day cruising and watersports. The M Series brings a refined sport-yacht aesthetic, and the Outboard range (20–37 ft) offers modular outboard power across bowriders, deck boats, and dual consoles — with outboard, sterndrive, and Volvo Penta IPS propulsion available depending on the model.
Award-winning ownership
Monterey has earned the National Marine Manufacturers Association’s Marine Industry CSI Award for customer satisfaction every year since 2002 — one of the longest such streaks in the industry. Ownership is backed by the MVP (Most Valuable Protection) warranty: a 10-year limited hull warranty, transferable to a second owner within the first five years.

FAQ
Common questions.
Is Valhalla Yacht Sales an authorized Monterey dealer?
Yes. We are the authorized dealer for Monterey, which means factory-trained salespeople, direct access to build slots, and warranty work handled in our own service centers rather than subcontracted out.
Which of your locations carry Monterey?
New-boat availability varies by location: our New Jersey and Florida locations sell new boats across the lines we represent, while our North Carolina location sells new Viking Yachts and Valhalla Boatworks and is a Princess Yachts America dealer. Every location handles brokerage across all brands. Call ahead before driving — inventory moves, and what is on the floor this week may not be next.
Can I order a Monterey built to my spec?
Yes. New builds are configure-to-order, which is why you will not see a fixed price on the model pages — layout, power, electronics and finish all move the number. Tell us how you plan to use the boat and a salesperson will spec it with you and confirm the current build slot.
Do you sell pre-owned Monterey boats?
Yes. Our brokerage covers all brands, including pre-owned Monterey hulls, and we list only clean, well-maintained vessels. If nothing suitable is showing today, tell a salesperson what you are after and they will flag it when it comes through.
Can you arrange financing on a Monterey?
Yes. We work with marine-specialty lenders rather than acting as a captive financer, so you can bring your own bank if you prefer. On vessels above roughly $150k those lenders typically offer 15- to 20-year terms that a generalist bank will not match.
