FAQ

Common questions.

What kind of work do you take on?

Routine maintenance, repowers, refits and upgrades, electronics, detailing, bottom paint and warranty work. If you are not sure which category your job falls into, pick the closest and describe it in the notes.

How quickly will I hear back?

A member of our service team follows up promptly to discuss timing, confirm parts availability and schedule your service. Submitting the form starts that conversation.

Is my slot booked as soon as I submit the form?

No. The request reaches a service writer, who confirms the date and the work with you before anything is scheduled. Nothing is committed until you have spoken to them.

Who actually does the work?

Technicians who are factory-trained on Valhalla, Viking and Mercury, working at the hull level on the same boats we sell. Repower and rigging work is handled by our Mercury-certified repower centers.

Do you coordinate work you cannot do in-house?

Yes. Bottom paint, repowers, refits and warranty claims get coordinated end to end across our locations, so you are dealing with one point of contact rather than chasing several yards yourself.
