About Brian
Born in North Miami and raised in Palm Beach County, Brian Komer grew up backcountry fishing with his family in South Florida and the Keys before moving into offshore fishing.
Brian earned an associate degree in marine environmental technology from Florida Keys Community College. He spent nearly eight years with Viking Yacht Company, including five years as a company demo boat captain, before moving into yacht sales.
Brian holds a 100-ton captain’s license and has worked as both a mate and captain aboard private custom and production sportfishing yachts. During 25 years in the marine industry, he has fished and traveled throughout Florida, the Bahamas and the Caribbean as well as Central America, Mexico, Bermuda, Alaska and much of the East Coast. He has also won fishing tournaments and series.
Brian focuses on supporting clients through the sale and throughout ownership.
