Doug Tolman

Doug Tolman grew up in South Jersey fishing local lakes with his father and siblings. As a teenager, he began saltwater fishing on the Delaware Bay aboard head boats with family and friends.

In his 20s, Doug became a regular at area boat shows and continued learning about boats and the marine industry. He bought his first boat at age 26 and soon turned his interest in boating into a sales career.

Doug works with first-time boaters as well as experienced owners. Away from work, he spends time on the water with his wife and two children, from days at the sandbar to fishing.
