Mike Buczkowski

Mike Buczkowski is based in New Gretna, New Jersey, and oversees the company’s New Jersey locations. He has more than 20 years of marine industry experience in operations and finance.

Mike began his career in 1999 as a sales associate in New Jersey. From 2006 to 2011, he served as vice president and general manager of a marina group, overseeing operations and financial performance. His other roles have included branch manager, sales manager and director of service and customer retention.

In 2012, Mike co-founded a retail boat dealership and managed it until 2019. He then became general manager of Valhalla Yacht Sales. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering from Old Dominion University and a U.S. Coast Guard 100-ton master captain’s license. He enjoys time on the water with his family, sportfishing, golf and sailboat racing.
