Ryan Higgins

Ryan Higgins leads the Valhalla Yacht Sales team in Riviera Beach, Florida. He brings extensive experience with large sportfishing boats and center consoles to the role.

Ryan has more than 25 years of marine industry experience. He joined Viking in 2004 as a member of the company’s demo boat program and learned boatbuilding hands-on as part of the shipwright team that built the Viking 74.

He served as mate and then captain on the Viking 74 before becoming the full-time demo captain of the Viking 61.

Ryan has captained a dozen new Viking models from 54 to 82 feet. He has won dozens of tournaments and spent more than 15 years helping Viking design, develop and refine its sportfishing yachts. His roles have included Viking captain, demonstrator boat manager and Southeast sales manager.

Known as “Chief,” Ryan has owned and fished center consoles throughout his life. That experience gives him broad knowledge of what works and what does not in high-performance center console design for fishing and cruising.

Ryan says his time on a wide range of boats has given him experience and knowledge that benefit Valhalla Yacht Sales clients.
